本人也遇到过一次，Subaru Outback 2.5L 汽油机，缸垫漏了，拆了发动机上顶盖。看起来你的这个也是换缸垫的，普通做service的不了这个，除了Surbaru Dealder，也有一些Mechanic能做。

价钱吗，差不多，我当时找的是一个鬼佬的Mechanic

这个是SUBARU的著名HEAD GASKET问题了。。。老的EJ25有这个问题，新的FB25很少或者说不应该出现，因为设计改掉了

Forester (from 1999 to 2010)
Legacy (from 2000 to 2009)
Outback (from 2000 to 2009)
Baja (from 2003 to 2006)

How Much Does A Subaru Head Gasket Replacement Cost?
The head gasket on your Subaru provides the seal between the cylinder head and engine block, which allows the engine to build up the correct amount of compression, while also allowing coolant and oil to flow through to the top of the engine.

If the head gasket fails, or ‘blows out’ the coolant and oil can mix, as well as allowing coolant to enter the combustion chamber – all bad things for the health of your Subaru, especially if you keep driving!

The average price of a head gasket replacement starts around $1200 and can increase to $3000+ depending on any other damage and other work required.

因为特殊的发动机结构，Subaru的工时费一直都很贵的。楼主多少公里了？发动机都拆了不如一起把timing belt换掉？！

你的车几几年的，多少公里了，timing belt 这个活做没做过，如果已经做过了，车的价值低于一万，我劝你卖掉吧，如果说没有钱买新车，那就修好了继续开。这个head gasket里外两层密封，里面的漏了基本就不能开了。外面的漏了就是轻微漏油，问题不大，只要不是漏一滩油就没事。但不能保证什么时候里面也漏了，那这车就基本开都不要开了。你这个报价除了材料费贵点，基本也就这个价格，干这个活发动机要吊出来，是个大活，2500块钱算材料不算贵了。
我的车是2007年的森林人，14万8千公里，我低于市场价格1500元便宜卖了，和你这个车一样的问题，没必要修了，我卖的时候和买家说好了，这个车我自己保养的，什么都是原装配件，castrol的全合成油，各种油水都换过了，刹车盘也是新的。如果没有这个问题，我再加2000块钱卖，现在有这个问题，便宜的那些钱是给你修车的，你自己想好。一个鬼佬很痛快地就买了，如果这个他修好了，再开十年也是很不错的好车，啥问题没有。如果不修，就是个隐患，可大可小。

当时那辆车是2011款outback，出问题是2017年，13万公里左右，已过Warranty，和上面那位哥们说得一样，EJ25发动机。修过之后就卖了。

现在新款应该没问题了吧。

除了你那个悬挂不用着急做，其他的我看也没啥可省的了，还有我问你timing belt做没做个，如果没做个，还想保留这个车五六年，你要把timing belt一起做了，估计会再加个几百块钱。

富士得车修起来比merc和bmw还贵鬼佬同时说再也不去富士做保养了车子也卖
他们家都是boxer发动机修起来很麻烦得

动手能力强的话自己在家都做了，为啥普通service做不了？

上缸盖拆下后，重新安装之前需要研磨找平，需要磨床和检测设备，就这一项你自己在家能做？？

要找出漏油的原因，不一定headgasket本身的原因。可能是缸面变形不平。也可能是气缸里有开裂，要是开裂的话，你要搞一个缸套套进去。这两种事比较常见的原因，最后都要有非常精密的仪器将他们打磨成一体。

一般的修理工可能检查出是什么问题。但一般的店都不会去修，没有这么专业的设备，他们可以把要修的零部件拆下来。然后要去找更加专业的店，这些店一般不是修车厂，是专门打磨零部件的厂，他们有精密的机床。很多老爷车的零部件都是在这些地方打造的。打磨好了以后，修理工再拖回来给你装上。各种分工协作。

那一套打磨的机床就值几十万。有这套设备你也不一定会用啊，这个维修在家里做如果你是钢铁侠那倒是可能。

普通车可能不需要这么麻烦，拆个进气排气就露出来缸头了，但是subaru水平对置就必须抬发动机出来才能动cylinder head。

看来还是马自达比较给力， 2012年的cx-5 在2017年时开了12万公里，也过保好几年，发动机凸轮轴磨损，机油稀释，需要换引擎， quote 2万刀，最后免费给换了。

6缸的也会，Subaru的机器就有这个致命弱点，还特难修，一般机器同样问题千把块钱搞定

一直对mazda家的dealer 和service 印象挺好，特别是比一些欧洲大牌的要好很多。

是柴油的啊，兄台内行啊。
mazda 柴油驾驶感非常好，比之前2.3T的汽油引擎推背感强很多，不管怎么地板油油耗都在7.5以下，要不是之前有机油稀释问题，简直完美。
希望换了新发动机能再开15万公里.

不知道为何马自达的柴油机总是这样那样的问题。我朋友的也是开了4万多公里以后在保修期内换了发动机。之前一出来的时候召回过。后来再发布时还是避免不了换引擎。
